HIS STEPS FIRST: What do you stand for?

Woman of Virtue
Woman of Virtue have you given your all
In serving our Savior, in answering the call

Have you been in the word and stood on the truth
Have you been a model like Mary or Ruth?

Have you taken the lead in sharing the word,
Have you been instrumental in ensuring it’s heard?

Have you been in the temple and offered a hand
do you make excuses hoping they’ll understand?

Is your passion the Savior, regardless the cost,
Does your life reflect that you care for the lost?

Oh Woman of Virtue may our God alone,
Fill you with more peace than you’ve ever known.

May you trust in him as he shows you the way,
A Woman of Virtue tomorrow, today.

Women of Virtue dedicated and true
tell me O Woman, tell me that’s you!

The Window

As I look through the window I can see,
A brand new world opened up to me.
The beating rain is falling down,
Yet there are people all around.

I see Don and Marshal , Joshua and Mark
Bringing light to a world that seems so dark.
Their love for Christ is surely seen
As they dig for water that comes up clean.

The rain pours down as they dig the well,
Oh the stories these pictures will soon tell.
The locals help in their bare feet,
Working hard until the job is complete.

Some seek clean water to quench their thirst-
But they must come to seek Christ first.
There is so much to tell them, where do we begin?
“Drink the living water-never thirst again.”

Through mud and rain there are some with no shoes,
Beautiful are the feet that bring Good News.
I see the message meant for me
As I look through the window…I can see.
